wod: 10:17 Rx (115). Damn, those squats are going to feel so rough tomorrow. And I can happily report that my dips felt GREAT today! Hopefully this is a permanent thing now!

HSC: 95#. Well below my 155# PR, but my form here still needs lots of work, as those of you who saw me do a bail-with-backward-roll know.
WOD: 9:28 (I think) at 115#. Squats felt heavy to me for some reason: even at this light weight, I had to break them up, probably owing to my groin difficulties. Not sure what would have happened had I gone with body weight (155#). Doubles and dips were fine.
EMOM: 53# someday when my elbows are fast and I can move the bar in a technically sound way I will be able to HSC more weight… that’s the goal. This weight seemed so puny. I still struggle with remembering all the little things.
WOD: 9:21, Single Unders, BS 125#, red band for dips. I can Rx tricep dips so I don’t know why I never do. Next time. They wouldn’t be unbroken. The obvious limiting factor here was the back squat. I had to choose between 125 and 130 bc my weight vacillates between those 2 #s…. I rounded down at the last minute. My bum feels awesome today. I want to back squat my body weight 40 times every week. Someday I pledge to pass the butt test… someday…
EMOM: 125# Should be able to get higher with these. Need to work more on hang cleans.

Squats really slowed this one down. First round was sets of 5, last was sets of 4. Great job 5:30!
