WOD: 4:40 16kg, 24″ box jumps. Thought I was going to eat **** a couple of times, haha. But it was fun today. ^_^
OHS is just not gelling for me. Shoulder flexibility maybe? Feels like I’m gonna topple over at the bottom of this squat. Least fave move… 60# but shitty shitty shitty.
