air fran: 3:04 Rx. taking thrusters out of the mix makes it all so much better. my push ups need tons of work, and i should’ve broken up my set of 21 smarter than i did. my shoulders were smoked for the last round!
DL – 133# x10, bonus 1RM round got a PR at 163#… I tried 183# right after and it didn’t move. Some day…
Air Fran – 2:23 Rx 6:30 ya’ll were FAST – first WOD ever that JT jumped in on. Your dance moves are spectacular, sir – that’s what I call an “active squat”
I’d love to, but the reality is that I’m not ready. I still need to learn DUs, HSPUs, muscle ups, etc. If any of those came up in a event, I’m screwed. Next time I should be good to go though! Good luck!
Decided to do this WOD from the comfort of my living room. 2:24 Rx. It felt like I was going faster than that, but the pushups did get slower in the last round. Still, 2:00 is something to shoot for.
I did this in an airport terminal once. No joke.

DL: 205#. Probably should have gone heavier, but wasn’t too sure with this rep scheme.
Air Fran: 2:51 Rx. Push ups were tough, but a good WOD over all.
205 deadlift, Im sure I held Shorty back a little. I thought it was tough. 3:44 for Air Fran, and it was the hardest 45 pushups I have ever done.

Deadlift: 255#, thanks to Yosh’s push I jumped to 315# but only got 6 reps. I could definitely do more than I thought though.
