    WOD: 11:42. 85#, intermittent T2B, and the wiggly-worm-iest wall climbs (with extra crumble at the end!) thanks maralene for super 6:30am.

    TGU: 40#. Didn’t want to make the jump from here to 50# (or 1.5pd), and there appear to be no 45# dumbbells.
    WOD: 8:30 @ 95#. I need to do cleans more often, because my elbows and biceps need to get used to them. In retrospect, I should have done 115#, because it was fine once I’d warmed up.

    Turkish Eff Ups – 15# .. i need to get tighter. first set was with 20# but too sloppy to continue.

    WOD = 7:53 @ 53#

    Before the WOD I got into this awesome kipping rhythm but that rarely happens.. it felt AWESOME though. Kipping T2B (if you can get the rhythm) makes it so much easier.

    TGU: First time doing these. Started at 16kg and was struggling with the movement so finished at 25#.

    WOD: 8:41 @115# I really enjoyed this one. Good times.

    TGU 35# looooooove these!

    WOD 12:30. Toes to bar suck. Can’t get the kipping down 95# on the clean & jerks!
