Really wanted sub-8 on this, but after I overheard Mandy taking a hard line on legit RX wall balls with the 5:30 class (no air balls, no shorties, no lame squats), I decided I’d go balls out (pun intended) to make sure mine had their sexy right.
Ditto to Alicia’s comment. Although, I think a traumatic walking lunge experience in my crossfit childhood has something to do with my unadulterated hatred for them.

volume training: ring dips at 2 until my armpits felt like they were going to pop out, then i switched to one. that’s going to feel so good tomorrow.

Volume training: 3 ring dips EMOM. Has no problems at the end, so I’ll do 4 next time.
