    WOD: 11:58 (?) 20″ jump, 1 pd KB. This was really fun. I was CRUISING at first, but the last 2 rounds of KB swings were pretty tough – my form was completely terrible and I had to take breaks. Single rep max on the push press of 83# (73# for 3). I would really love to get 100# over my head (not necessarily with this lift) before 2013, and this was encouraging progress. Thanks for the great 5:30 am class everyone!

    Side note: Before class, I got my first ugly little half-kip pull up. I got my chin over the bar, whatever it was. So, yay!

    tonight was ugly. i have a bruised rib and im not sure why or who punched me in the side of my body because that’s what it feels like.

    Push Press 95# a PR that really should have been 100# but slutever.

    WOD: 10:48 sustained an ugly box injury that set me back. I hate you Monday, 10:22. But I rx’d you and I pr’d you and i win.

    PP: 145#, failed at 155# after 2 reps

    WOD: 12:38 RX, rounds 3-4 of KBS really slowed me down. Those were tough.
