*The 600m course starts at the garage door, straight and then around the Dunkin Donuts making a left onto Somerville Ave. From there, continue straight until you reach the intersection in front of the Church. Make a left, continue straight up the hill, then make a final left down Newton St.

Clean pulls are weird. I kept feeling like there was an extra step I was missing. 135#

Watch out for that hill on the 600m. She’s a sneaky little bitch.

clean pulls: #125. not sure how heavy to go without ruining everything that holds me together.
WOD: 11:43 with 12#. some air-balls and some roly-poly, but it wasn’t too bad for something that i have never been able to look in the face the same way after KAREN.
