Push Press
Touch and go. No rest at the bottom or you start over…

    Failed halfway through 135# when the bar landed awkwardly on my neck, ouch…got a hot date with the a racket ball and foam roller tonight!

    Fractional plates were delivered yesterday. That made me really happy. The 15 kg bar is really 33.069#. I know we all round up to 35# but I’m super anal and OCD. I added two 1 lb fractional plates to get a nice even number on sets 2-5 here. I like the 15 kg bar because it swivels faster and I can grip it more easily.
