    Press: 65#
    WOD: 60# push press. Blue banded pistols. Red and Blue pullups.

    Oh, and today held one of those “it’s everybody else and not me” situations. Haha wish there were at least ONE more person with a costume on. ^_^

    Press: 70#, failed at both 75# and 72#. 75# is so inconsistent for me – sometimes i can hit it, sometimes i can’t move it at all.

    wod: 1+98 Rx. 2 reps short of 2 full rounds. i took too much rest on my second set of push press. DAMN YOU PUSH PRESS.

    Happy Halloweeen all! Press at 90# for 2 and 85# for 4… It was close but no cigar.
    WOD 1 + 78 with 60# push presses and scales otherwise! Great way to kick off this happy day! Enjoy!

    can you believe that i saw someone on the street the other day that was dressed up as a kettle bell? (it was just an elaborate makeshift hat-object with a handle and poods written on his forehead, but still. CF nerd alert.)

    press: 80# x 4

    WOD: 1x+85 @ 60#, blue PU, green-tub pistols (GTP, baby!)

  9. Press: 80# turned 3RM into 4RM. Do we call that a PR? Failed at 85# got 2 up but didn’t lock out. Next time I’ll try 82#.

    WOD: 2 & 11 Rx except for blue band. Someday I will kip.
