OHS: i don’t stack my wrists and thus it hurts my wrists a lot to OHS. so i tried to drop down to 65# so i could see what it felt like. something i need to work on at heavier weights.
Enjoyed my one on one time with Mandy! haha. Shit was fun. I’m also happy i was unbroken the first two rounds, when the last WOD with thrusters we had i was all kinds of broken for some unknowing reason. score!
OHS 70# and that felt like a feat. Shoulders/arms/wrists/head/ears nothing is in the right place and added weight simply exacerbates the situation. Looking forward to the day when I’ve put my finger on what exactly is wrong with my OHS. I would love to drag a PT into class one day when we do it as strength. It is my nemesis but I’m determined to make it right.
OHS: 145# (160# x 1)Lost my balance twice, but I think this is definitely doable.
Since Cal and I did a very similar WOD last week at Fenway last week (instead of sit-ups it was Toes-to-Bar), we did the Fenway WOD today.
AMRAP 10
5 Deadlifts (225#/155#)
10 KBS (24kg/16kg)
20 Double Unders
6+3 Rx
Kick ass job 5:30am!

I think I have the same problem with my OHS… blah. I hate them, but hopefully tonight I’ll make some headway on getting better at them.
