This morning’s 5:30 class was hilariously small. Do not fear the 2K, people! KP did an excellent job of breaking it down for us so that it didn’t hurt so much. I’m not saying it was easy-breezy, but it wasn’t so bad.

As much as I do not like rowing, KP did an awesome job making that 2k a bit easier. The strong 10 pulls every 500m was sooooooooo beneficial to making those numbers go down ^_^
WOD: 7:03 75# R&B bands. Squatted off the rack because of my shinny shin shins.. And although i’m probably going to feel those squats by Sunday, I probably could have gone 85#.
