    Happy Core stability week hump day!!

    OHS: 60# let’s call this a PR since last time I did this weight or more in this lift it was probably super duper shitty.

    WOD: 170 seconds of L sits. 10 seconds shy of 3 minutes – damn! My inner OCD affliction dislikes this. Who am I kidding, my OCD is not so inner.
