    WOD: 187Rx

    Cal sniped me on this one. Wish I hit the 200 mark, but to no avail. Great work 5:30am! Happy we got to flip some tires this morning!

    DL: 175# and felt pretty good. tomorrow will be the real test…

    WOD: 189 Rx. I’m still not sure how I sniped James. I also wish I hadn’t stopped at all on the box jumps. I think stopping actually made it worse than if I had just jumped for a minute…and I sand bagged the first round of push press big time. oops.

    Deadlift: 345# (matches 5-rep PR). Thank you, calf sleeves, for protecting my shins!!

    WOD: 184 Rx. The rep breakdown-
    Round 1: 29, 45, 25
    Round 2: 24, 38, 23
    My box jump cycle time needs improvement, situps are…well situps, and I expected more out of my push presses *shrug*

    WOD: 133 Rx (pretty good mix; could definitely feel those box jumps right after DL)

    DL 125 for 3 sets. Definitely my weakest lift. I blame the 4 fractures in my spine.

    WOD: 164 RX. I went 82 on the first set and 82 on the second. So, consistency was there.

    More importantly: On Sunday, I beat some random guy in an arm wrestling contest at a bar. He was more than a foot taller than me and kind of embarrassed after he lost. Awesome.

    Deadlift: 315# Probably could have done a bit more, but this felt good and safe.
    WOD: 210 Rx.

    WOD: 172 Rx, push presses died out in the second round, and I’m sure I can improve on sit-ups.
