WOD: 8:48 Rx+ (30# Wall Ball)
This WOD was in my wheelhouse. Great job 5:30am!
Power Clean: 100. -_- Caught my form on the first try of three.. no bueno.
WOD: 11:16. Couldn’t jump over the ball so I kind of did a little one legged hop haha. And box step ups. Knee injuries = bad! Really liked the WOD though. Wish I could’ve performed it to its fullest.

Power Clean: 175#. Not close to my PR. My elbow pain started creeping up on me. I guess I haven’t fully healed from last week.
WOD: 10:27 Rx. This one was a burner. Beware of the ball facing burpees.
Power Clean: #145 gaining strength back…slowly but surely.
WOD: 11:27 #14 med ball and 20″ box- this one kicked my ass.

WOD: 11:24 @ 14# to the red tape. Best part was being able to take a swinging “dismount” from the box to the wall balls. Couldn’t waste any energy with superfluous walking. Probably saved myself at least 10 steps. 🙂

Power Clean: 65#, WOD: 13:57 with Ag box jumps. Glad to see others call this one a burner – I was excited to think I could DO most of these things without much scaling, but was slogging by Round 2. Came out red-in-the-face and glad just to have completed it.
Power clean: 205#, sloppy form on the last rep
WOD: 9:08 Rx, in retrospect, I should have done 30″ box jumps. I must also be the only one that doesn’t mind burpees.
