    This one WAS nice and short. Which was good after yesterday’s 13 minutes-or-so of burning.

    WOD: 3:24 I think? @ 75# and backpack contraption for the HSPUs.

    WOD: 3:50 Rx. Amazing yelling of time by James, Rob and me almost in sync. those cleans felt heavier than i was expecting…the first one was kind of surprising!

    this morning: shoulder mobility and rehab work, FS: 155 (<- note, JT)
    wod: death by 30" box jump, increase 2x every minute. failed by one (13) on round 7. kinda disappointed, shit gets real on round 8…

    WOD: 4:48 (banded HSPU, increased power cleans to 165#)
    Had a HSPU backpack malfunction that required me to change bands during the WOD. Funny sight to see :-/

    WOD: 4:32 @ 95# … and maybe a phantom jerk because i can’t follow directions 😀
