LBBS: 145# . I’m not sure if this is my 1 rep max. I may have been able to get to 150#, but it is a PR from my one rep max of 140# before my knee injury, so i’m happy with it. I didn’t want to push any further and I didn’t have enough time to space out my heavy sets well enough.
WOD: 5:45. 125#DL unbroken ^_^ and single unders.
& I wanna take this opportunity to laugh at Dan for having to squat more today because he begged not to ^(*_-)^

1-Rep-Max day is super exciting. Congratulations to my absolutely BEASTLY 7:30am class. Good work by Toma (15# PR), Josh (20# PR), Emily (40# PR), and Lydia (60# PR!!!). (Also shout outs to Esteban on his first day squatting, and for Will sticking to the long, slow rehab process.)
For the rest of the day’s classes: this is your chance to go big and EXCEL! Get those hips loose and keep both your hips and knees back, chest up… GET THERE!

Not a PR, but I’m satisfied with it considering I had trouble walking up and down stairs this morning. Lots of squatting this week. Gonna need to buy new pants really soon! THANKS, YOSH!
WOD: 7:26 Rx+
Increased the deadlifts to 285#. The DLs were quick and unbroken, and so were the air squats (ugh, air squats). I spent half the time wrestling with DUs… However, this is the first WOD I Rx’d with DUs!! SAWWEEETT!!

Joining JT to say great work to the BEASTS in 7:30! So much good challenging ourselves! It was a blast to jump from 95# to 135# on the LBBS and see everyone else jump up, too.
Haha thanks. I’m about 195 lbs (down 10 lbs since I joined CFSV in June 2012!). I have about 20ish more pounds to lose to be where I need to be…..in my opinion.

HBBS:#265 first time going heavy since my two months rehab. Could of gone heavier but decided to chill.
WOD: 5:14 or 5:04 I forgot. with Singles. I pick things up and Put things DOWNnn
HBBS: 300#, PR by 25# hell yeah
WOD: 6:00 Rx, went aggressive to start and I paid in the 3rd and 4th rounds. Was able to get the DUs unbroken in rounds 1, 2 and 5, though.

So Yosh instructed us to go with the style of back squat tonight that we have squatted the most weight in. Normally for people this would be LBBS but for me it’s actually HBBS (due to only LBBSing a couple times ever)
