Atlantic State Championships have been rescheduled for Sunday, March 3rd. This event will take place at North Shore CrossFit located in Danvers, MA. This is going to be a huge event and a great experience for those of you who want to learn more about Olympic Weightlifting. I’ll be competing that day against some of the best and I plan on going H.A.M. Hope you all can make it!

      Hindsight, those OH walking lunges SUCKED SO HARD. especially after a frustrating squat day. haha, fun times though!

    WOD: 9:31 @45#. I moved like a bear. Rar. That was perfect scaling for me – I didn’t have to stop mid-bear, but I was definitely huffing and puffing.

    Strength: 85#. Could definitely have done more, but was moving slow and ran out of time.

    Wod: 7:26rx. The 100 Burpee Challenge reps are paying off. Burpees are getting easier! Congrats to Arianna for RXing that workout. You have major grit, girl.

    It’s super nice to see new faces at the 7:30am, but I missed my buddies at the 5:30!
