    Front Squats – 135#. I have no idea what my 1RM is, but I think it’s more than the 125# I have recorded. 🙂

    Wod: 6 rounds even, with single-unders. Goddamn you, double unders.

    fs: 195#
    alternate injury wod: flight simulator w/10 situps instead of “rest” between rounds. 12(or so) minute cap, made it to 45 with a couple failed sets.

    FS: 175# That’s 85% of my 1RM, but I think I need to do a new 1RM, because this didn’t start to feel heavy until the last set. But I did feel really good about my form, which has been an issue with these in the past.

    WOD: 4 even, with a blue band. But that means that I RXed the DUs for the first time! Actually, I alternated singles and doubles and it totally gassed me.

    225# accross, felt rusty on the front squats this morning
    4 rounds Rx + 2pood KB. It was nice to use those kipping pull up lessons in the WOD.
