WOD: (55#/20″) 238 reps
Box jumps slowed me down. Def recommend if can’t keep a consistent rhythm on box jump, try box jump one set and step up another set.
I rushed my box jump and ended up banging my shin on box. That just threw me off, both from pain and not keep moving.
I also used wrist wraps for first time, and provided much needed support towards the end with shoulder to overhead presses.
