    One word: KP!!
Hakuna matata, what a wonderful phrase.

    Push press: 155#
Ugh, lost so much explosive strength.
Hakuna matata, ain’t no passing craze.

    WOD: 6:48 (1.5pd KB/165#)
    One-arm snatches are getting easier.
It means no worries for the rest of your days.

Stuck around after with JT and Tricia for some pullup/dancing 20 EMOM volume training. Started with 5 and ended with 3.

It’s our problem free philosophy, Hakuna Matata!

    PP: 90# PR

    WOD: 6:05 (25# DB/75#)

The last set of PP felt good, think the mechanics finally clicked and doing strength with my twin is always motivating 🙂

Think I tweaked my left forearm since those DB weren’t feeling so hot. 6:30 always a good time 🙂

  3. Lydia says:

    PP: 65#
WOD: 6:46 (15#DB/53#) – should’ve gone heavier on the snatches, but they felt so hard during the warmup. The front squats, otoh, felt Hard.

Great job 7:30 — awesome crew fighting for those fast runs!

(and thanks, Dan, I now have Disney songs stuck in my head :))

agree with you on both accounts (WOD weights). i definitely underestimated the front squats in the midst of all that other leg movement.

    PP:165# Felt Good.

WOD: ?:?? blah my body is feeling what I did to it this past weekend. Slow performance not up to my standards. woof!

  5. cmliu says:

push press: 95# PR for 6 reps

WOD: could have gone heavier on the snatches, but it’s coo’. 20# DB, 85# on the bar. you could feel those squats coming in like a freight train.

TOUGH NOGGINS. (also: a good comeback for someone who’s whining a little too hard in your life.)

    thanks KP & 6:30!

PP: 85, I could definitely do more.

    WOD: 7:47, 30lb DB snatch/65lb FS
