Side note: I’ve been noticing many team-based competitions coming up. Would anyone be interested in creating a team to compete (most likely scaled division)? Many comps I’ve seen are 2 men/2 women so 4 members total. Let me know! I think this would be an invaluable experience for us.
This was my last day in the gym before the Crossfit total competition on Saturday, so I just did lots of stretching, foam rolling, PVC rolling, and more stretching.

I got major double under goals.. mostly just not sucking rounds 2 , 3 and 4 I’d get my first 9 in a row but in round 5 with everyone watching it is, of course, 1 at a time single double trip on single
