Great wod today. I kind of want to do it again, because I feel like I paced myself a little TOO much in the middle and might otherwise have been able to finish… but regardless, Cindy+C&J was a worthwhile opponent today.
Way to go 5:30! Loved doing KP’s challenge with you…
Renee – I will say that I was tempted to NOT RX this one, and my C&J is probably more like 145! In the end, 105 was probably right for me, but even at 95 I still would have had a killer workout (and gotten those last few reps in. :-))
Do what feels heavy but comfortable. Those rounds of 7-8-9-10 are killer!
Enjoyed this WOD because of cardio challenge and staying mentally in it for 22 mins. And a WOD that changes the color of my entire shirt is darn good one.
Yay for Robyn and Dave doing this as their first WOD at CFSV, newbies rock. Way to kill the hopping/wallball passing thingymajig 6:30 crew 🙂
8&1 @ 75# this one was FUN! I am now mentally prepared for 20 rounds of Cindy between 2 miles Monday. The running is going to be the easy part. 200 Push ups are going to equal death.
I am just elated to learn that you will be there and we are in it together. After the WOD today your head popped up first saying “wow that was a killer” and I was flat on my back agreeing but feeling the kinship. I love AMRAPs : you did you I did me and we did it together 🙂
Cant Wait to do this tomorrow!

You’re right. 75 – 85# is probably more like it for me… 🙂 (ps – on these hot muggy nights – when dry – we should be roof deckin soon!)

8 & 7 at 75#, blue + skinny red band, and 20″ box for the pushups. So much scaling but still a killer.
Renee, I like your take on Murph – for me, all I can think about are the 2 miles of running. DREAD. The stuff in between I haven’t even considered.
