    Squat: 245# High Bar. New 5-rep max.
    WOD: 21:08, lost T-t-B in the 2nd round and switched to knees-to-elbows. Taking 6 weeks off from WODs was showing.

    I had the Crossfit Total competition Saturday. It was a blast. I hit PRs in all 3 lifts, but failed my 3rd attempts at all 3. My final total was 850#: 300# squat, 125# press, and 425# deadlift. It sounds like there’s going to be another in a few months. Let me know if you’re interested.

    HBBS: 255#, 10# shy of previous 5RM. I’ll blame going in the morning for the difference.

    WOD: 17:23 with all sorts of scaling for my shoulder. Wall climbs starting in plank position and sit-ups halfway through instead of T2B. Twenty-five wall climbs is no joke.

    Wod: 12:36rx. I had to talk myself into each and every one of those wall climbs. 25 is certainly a lot of them. Ouch.

    WOD: 14:09 (scaled to knee tucks) I’ve never done wall climbs before, those are no joke.
