WOD: 8:04rx. The unbroken linked toes-to-bar disappeared quickly. KP laughed at me, but I found resting upside down with my feet pressed against the bar and my knees bent (like a bat??) way more fruitful then resting in full extension. But I think I looked silly. Try it. π
FS: 245# (failed 265# twice)
Kinda frustrating since I hit 260# for 2 reps three weeks ago so in theory I should’ve been able to hit 265#…but then again I have to make myself realize that progress isn’t always linear. BAH HUMBUG!
