      Aw, it’s just because your pull ups have gotten so good! You totally had one more in you… 🙂

      But if you were watching me this morning you would have yelled at me to stop F*ing around with butterfly pull ups and just do the wod. 🙂

      Strength: 1RM instead of 80%, 205#. Wanted to do a 1RM before I leave for the summer. We’ll see what it is again in August.

          Ha – not so much one last time, but the very first time I’ve 1RMed my back squat! I’m really curious to see what happens to the numbers after 7 weeks of biking…

          I’m going to miss you all too! I’ll definitely be stopping at some crossfits along the route. 🙂
