    Happy Hump Day!

Thrusters – 115# and I got to work with Ryan who did a fantastic job!

WOD – 12:50 scaled appropriately… First three day in a row week for a while, the 12 hour turn around time from night to morning was painful, but it was awesome to see all you 530am folks! And now I am geared up to take on my day!

I get to see so many faces I love when I forcibly extract myself from my bed at 5:53 am!!!

Thruster: 105# PR! I wanted 115# so bad. I can front squat it and I can push press it but today it just didn’t happen. I got 110# to my eyeballs and if I had more time I do feel like I may have been able to get that up today. 105# is a PR nonetheless!

    WOD: 9:34 Rx

HAPPY STANLEY CUP CHRISTMAKKAH IN JUNE!!!!! YESSSSSSSSSS It’s more of a Hannukah anyway because it lasts for dayyyyyyyyyyssssssss.

225# thruster. A little disappointing. I did the same weight in feb. but think the shoulders were a little fatigued from Monday and Tuesdays work outs.

12:20. Threw in the 2p KB and subbed the push ups with 135# push press.

    Awesome job 5:30. Strong showing.

90# thruster (PR) with “more in the tank.” Next time I’m going for 100#.

WOD: 12:41 with 20″ box for the pushups. JT, with his eagle eye, found my Achilles toe, so next time my push-ups will be more legit.

7:30 is a great time of day to work out…I’m seriously considering quitting my job to become a stay at home mom (of cats) and be able to go to the 7:30 every day. Thanks, KP and crew for a fun morning.

Another fun morning class!! Definitely the most interesting 400 meter run having collided with a woman, and then thinking we were gonna fight. Thanks Renee for potentially having my back.

Thruster 115# I did not bring my A game today. Meh.
    WOD 939 rx

thruster: 110# PR. not as much improvement as i think i should have made since last august (100#) but i’ll take it!

WOD: just realized i did RX by accident! all these poods/kg/lbs shake me up – thought it was prescribed 35kg πŸ™‚ duh. 11:46 @ 25#, 1pd

    mornings are the best!

Yay for all the morning class love! I stand firm in my belief that morning classes are were it’s at.

    Thruster: 145#. That was fun.

Wod: I want to say 9:26rx, but that’s a lot like yesterday’s time, so I don’t quite know. Something like that.

*where* it’s at. Apparently the lack of sleep from going to 5:30am classes messes with my spelling ability. πŸ™‚

Thursters: 185#PR. Failed the fourth and came back on the fifth set! Felt great.

WOD: Love me a Long WOD! 9:27 RX those Air squats took longer than I wanted. Break em up in long sets.

    Happy Hump Day! GO Bruins!
