Labor Day

Just a reminder – we are closed Monday, September 2nd in observation of Labor Day.  I often get asked what to do on days off, when the gym is closed or a member is on vacation.  What workouts should we do to stay fit when Crossfit Somerville isn’t an option?

My advice: go out and test your fitness for real.  Not with a WOD, but by enjoying your life.  Find activities that utilize the skills and abilities you have been building and enjoy them.  Climb a tree.  Climb a rock.  Climb a friend.  Do something fun.  Perhaps don’t sit on the couch all day, but otherwise, be creative.  It’s a big world out there, and it’s all in what you make of it.
