…with a bonus heavy power clean to start each minute. This is the classic “death by” workout, where you do one rep on the first minute, two on the second and continue on in this fashion until you can’t get all of the reps in before the next minute. The only difference is we start each minute with a power clean at the weight which we maxed out our triples earlier in class. This style WOD starts slow, but gets intense quickly, so be ready to get after it when the rest shortens or it’ll be over before you know it.
