Scaling for speed

Here’s your regular reminder to move (and/or scale) with intention.  The goal of the pullups in today’s WOD is to use as much of ourselves as we can to generate and direct enough force to get us above the bar multiple times quickly.  We’re going to be looking for a version of pullups that is dynamic in nature.  This can be kipping, jumping pullups or even a well-chosen band.  While pull ups can be a great strength builder in a different context, today we’re looking to use the strength we already have to move fast.

STR:

EMOM 15

power snatch doubles (not tng)

WOD:

20-15-10-5
burpee box jumps
pull ups (scale dynamically)
