Push press and pistols
Just because something isn’t loaded with extra weight doesn’t mean it’s not strength work. Today’s push presses will be superset-ed with pistol work. We’ll be looking to find a simple but effective version of these often surprisingly challenging squats that fit in easily with our bar work and prep us for the swinging and jumping to come later on. Time to wake up those butts!

WoD: 9:40 w/band-assisted pull-ups downshifting to ring-rows, 1.5 pd (and 6 rounds completed (see above) though whiteboard lists workout as 5 rounds & I didn’t realize @ the time)
