The CrossFit Open is competition for any and all who want to participate. It is a competition that people all across the globe complete one workout a week for 5 weeks. This a great opportunity to test your limits.
Many athletes complete their first pull up or lift heavier than they ever have with extra support and excitement. If you have any questions about the Open feel free to ask any of your coaches or fellow athletes who have participated in the past.
