Everyone meet my friend Barbara
This is the first time we are doing Barbara. This is one of CrossFit’s famous girl WOD and it’s going to be a long one folks. The good news is there is built in rest and the movements are all gymnastic elements so if you are working on your pull ups or push ups you will have plenty of time to practice them.
This will be a longer workout with a hard time cap of 40:00. With that in mind please scale accordingly and whatever you do, do your best not to hit failure on any of the major gymnastic elements.

20 Pull ups
30 Push ups
40 Sit ups
50 Air squats
*Rest 3:00
**40:00 min cap
5 rounds of 30 push-ups! I’m dead already!
4 + 42. Tried for Rx but hit the 40 min cap.
4+39 RX push-ups went away really fast.
