In the last couple years of the CrossFit Open, there has been a repeat workout from years past. We’ve programmed Open workout 13.4. It’s a short AMRAP with an ascending ladder of power clean and jerks and toes to bar.

The strength is clean high pulls to get you all warmed up for the power cleans in the workout.
