The bulk of work for class today will require us to use one leg at a time. A common example is a pistol squat but today we’ll using split jerks, lunges, and burpee box jumps. While the theme is the same, the application of the idea is diverse. Hopefully, we’ll learn something about how we move and get a good workout all at the same time!

Strength:
Split jerk x4
Alternate legs

WOD:
AMRAP 14
25′ Overhead walking lunge (45/25)
5 Burpee box jumps (24/20)
25′ Overhead walking lunge
10 Lateral jumps over plate

 

Friends! One of our former members, Katie S, has moved down to CrossFit Together. Saturday they are running “Dork WOD” in memory of Ā former Boston Firefighter Michael Kennedy and to help raise money for Last Call Foundation. Ā She has invited us all down to join the WOD. Heats start at 10:45 am on Saturday April 1st.
