Another day another flip

You may have noticed we’ve been switching the order of things lately. We’re doing it again! The workout is designed to be a good warm-up to get your body ready to pull some heavy weight. We deadlifted doubles sets across last week and now we get a chance try for a heavy single.

The key to deadlifting is keeping your spine safe by loading the hips, butt, hamstrings etc. first before your quads. If you have no idea what I’m going on about come to class and find out!

WOD:
5 Rounds
10 Burpee box overs (20)
10 Shoulder to overhead (115/80)

Strength:
Deadlift single
