What this WOD needs is more Barbell…
Cycling. Â We’ll have another chance today to spend some time cleaning up how to “touch and go”, this time with clean and jerks. Â We’ll use our “strength time” to work out the coordination necessary to string reps together and then get to apply the concept in the WOD. Â To be clear, a big part of taking dedicated time to hone our strength work is to then be able to apply it to different scenarios. Â It’s not about the heaviest thing you can move, but the heaviest thing you can move several times in context. Â Suffice to say, once the bar starts moving today, keep it moving until the whole set is done. Â That’s sure to impart the flavor we’re looking for!
