Cleaning up our cleans
You’ll be taking on a clean complex today! It sounds harder than it is so as your coaches we’ll walk you through it. This will expose you to different parts of the clean and allow you acknowledge or address the weakest parts of the clean.
The workout is quite the opposite in that it is simple and fast. We’ll use some of the same themes from the strength but this time we’ll use dumbells instead of barbells for the front squat portion of the workout.

STR: 185#. Was able to complete the first two movements of the complex @195#, got down to the squat in the squat clean, but lost balance and couldn’t complete coming back up with 195#. Next time.
