To the workout, snatches, it’s been awhile so we’re getting a refresher course on them. And we’ll have a chance to use all the things you practiced in the workout. We call it an AMRAP (as many rounds and reps as possible) but this might be a complete one round with a few reps into the next round. See how far you can get!

Strength:
Power snatch + squat snatch

WOD:
AMRAP 12
5 Power snatches (115/80)
30 Box jumps
5 Squat snatches (115/80)
30 Tuck ups
5 Power snatches

    Wod: 1+61 rx; need to work on rebounding the box jumps

    STR: 115# (PR!)
    WOD: 1 + 36 @ 95#

    Started off the WOD at 115# (which was a great idea since, as of five minutes earlier, that was literally the heaviest thing I had ever snatched), flailed around on the first set of squat snatches for a few minutes, then dropped down to 95#.
