First right, then left

Last week it was pistols, this week it’s single leg Romanian deadlifts. Unlike a the deadlifts we usually do in class, this will be performed on one leg at a time and the range of motion of the movement will vary from person to person. This exercise is not about load so much as it is about balance and stabilizing weight while one leg. You may find connections from head to toe.

We’ll use this newfound connection and use in the workout to make our dumbbell snatches feel that much better and more efficient.

Strength:
Single leg Romanian deadlifts
3 per leg

WOD:
AMRAP 15
8 Dumbell snatches (R) (35/25)
25 feet overhead walking lunge
with DB (R)
8 Dumbell snatches (L)
25 feet overhead walking lunge
with DB (L)
50 feet of burpee broad jumps
