Long game

On the surface, this workout is pretty cut and dry. Complete as many rounds of box jump overs and DB hang clean and jerks in 20 minutes. There is 1k row at the start of the workout and a bonus 1K at the halfway point.

It is your job to complete the bonus row and continue where you left off with the time you have left. Keep track of your rounds and reps throughout the workout.

THANKSGIVING SCHEDULE UPDATE: Due to the holiday week, we’ll be closed Wednesday evening, all day Thursday, and Friday morning. The weekend we’ll be having our standard 10am class. The calendar is up-to-date, so just check there if you’re not sure what’s up.

    Roger and Jon, way to kill it as usual. With that said, on behalf of Kirstie’s morning classes, I simply want the record to reflect that the DB clean & jerks were full cleans….just in case there was any uncertainty…..:)

      Hey Josh,

      We did hang power cleans & jerks so you definitely got the harder workout. I think your WOD should have been labeled “20 Dumbbell thrusters” since that’s really what you did.

        Yeah I kinda took a pause after completing the squat clean before most of the jerks. So only a few were thrusters. I was too gassed. But I hear you! Morning crew may have had the harder workout but you got in more rounds!
