A vicious combo of rowing and barbell work is in store for today.  It’s a high power output kind of day, especially if you load up your bar right.  We’ll have plenty of time to warm up our cleans and jerks right so we can get a solid, challenging weight on the bar.  Stay braced and dig in – this one is sure to get you feeling right!
