Commit to each round

The workout today is a lung burner. It’s fast, on the clock, and you should have no reason to stop. My advice to you is to scale your double unders aggressively. If you don’t you may lose the intended stimulus of the workout.

The point is to move through all of the movements as fast as you can to get as much rest as you can in each round.

6 Rounds:
Every 3 minutes
5 Burpees
10 Kettlebell swings (1.5/1)
20 Double unders
10 Kettlebell swings
5 Burpees

WoD: 2:02 slowest round (round #5) Rx. Minor wardrobe malfunction during DUs in round #1 quickly resolved.

  2. Eoin says:

WOD: 1:26 slowest round @ 1.25 (because apparently I can’t count) and jumping double-taps instead of DUs

  3. Jon says:

    1:42 slowest round (Rx)

I liked the framing of the DUs as “frustration management,” and that helped me keep focus when I tripped.
