Double the WOD
We have a double workout for you guys today. It’s very similar to Monday’s interval WOD; the faster you complete the first workout the more rest you get. Focus on one workout at a time and pick a skill in each workout to challenge.
Have fun!
5 Rounds
10 Chest to bar pull ups
10 DB Shoulder to overhead (35/25)
10 Pistols
*10 Min. cap
-Rest to 12:00
5 Rounds
10 Hand release push ups
10 DB Hang squat cleans (35/25)
10 Toes to bar
WoD1: 4+26-ish. Scaled to jumping pull-ups; 25# DB; and pistols off 24” box (6 per round, tried to catch up w/extra time at the end)
WoD2: 4+28-ish. Scaled to 25# DB, 5 TTB/round, tried to catch up at end w/knee raises.
So, first and foremost, ouch.
1: 6:42
2: 9:30 but I might have done one too many… nah, I’ll take it.
Also, my fond childhood memories of “tag” have been replaced with a new level of suck. Thank you Mel.
WOD 1: 8:42 @ jumping C2B PUs, #25 DB S2OH, ring pistols
WOD 2: 10:15 @ #25 DB power cleans (should issues still)
