There’s a new kid in town
There is a distinct theme for this first week our new programming cycle. Unlike the beep test and Wednesday’s workout, this one is long, light and fast. (For my heavy lifters out there we will lift heavy again in this cycle too. Don’t worry.)
The special guest for the day is the “burp hop.” It’s a burpee without the push up. This is meant to keep the cycle time fast and encourage a faster finish time on this workout. Enjoy!
