Indoor plumbing is back!
The workout today is a marathon, not a sprint. The workout includes high volume kettlebell swings, toes to bar, and handstand push-ups. Use the first couple rounds to find your groove and use it to complete the bulk of the work.
This a high volume and high skill work is a day to scale to something you can really dig into. Find a scale that is challenging but sustainable for many reps. If you donβt know how to do that just ask your coach.
