Low reps and heavy loads

Kirstie Young | 07/25/2018 | 7

Today’s work out has low reps, heavy loads, and high skill. This is a great day to challenge the weight on you med ball, your deadlift, or your handstand push ups.

I encourage you to use a heavier med ball for your wall balls and keep the reps unbroken. I believe in you! To consider doing this workout as written you should have 5 unbroken handstand push ups consistently.

While the reps per round are small there are many rounds to get through. I recommend picking an element of today’s workout to scale up on.

Enjoy!

WOD:
15 Rounds
5 Heavy walls balls
3 Handstand push ups
1 Deadlift (275/185)
