Heavy deadlifts
Today’s workout has heavy deadlifts and burpees. You’ll only have 30 seconds to work and 30 seconds to rest. These two movements, along with a short time domain, will allow you to push it each round.
This workout will also test your ability to recover and get ready to lift heavy while breathing hard and maintaining core stability. Enjoy!
