Triple AMRAP
It’s 3 for the price of 1 today! We’re doing three 5 minute AMRAPs with a 2 minute break in between.
Each AMRAP is very similar – starting with a 15 bar facing burpee buy in (that you only do once each AMRAP) and then cycling between deadlifts and double unders. The reps decrease each AMRAP, but the deadlift load increases. Stay braced and dig in!
