Power Position
Here’s some more practice with our power position. In today’s EMOM, we’re going to be so focused on it, that we’re not going to stand to “finish” the lift. This is actually a commonly done drill with olympic lifters, just don’t make a habit out of not finishing the rep in a WOD.
We’ll get more chance to put this to use in the WOD, where our power position should at least be our setup for our box jump overs, and maybe the way we engage the box on our way over…
