Hot Hot Hot
Hey friends! In case you didn’t notice, it’s still summer! Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water long before you come to class so your body is ready to deal with the heat (especially if you spend a lot of time in air conditioning…)
Today we’ll be working on our upside down strength to get us started and then hit a little EMOM alternating minutes of squats and burpees and minutes of rest.

WOD:
EMOM 20
- 8 front squats (135/95) (form the floor) + ME burpees over bar
- Rest
WoD: 88 burpees @ 95# front squat. Yeah it’s hot (and admittedly I’m in the 5:30 AM crew!).

WoD: 107 burpees @ 95# front squat
Two days later and I’m pretty sure this is the most sore I’ve been from a single WoD since I started.
